[happy father's day]

thanks to some people from the ML [sanzoXhakkai one at yahoo groups], i found an even BETTER link to the tarot cards. so really.... *sigh* yummy! all the cards are nicely arranged and named. check it out over here.

okies.. here's some updates.

today's obviously father's day, and on friday was my mom's birthday. so, it's been a long weekend of celebrations of the sorts. friday we went to this really cute place in hartamas [nal, we SO have to go there when you get back]. open air... food's pretty good. not bad music. this place is called Cristor's. they took over Insomnia a couple of months back. they mostly serve italian food, but of course also have some of our local stuffs. pretty good prices and a nice list of sorted drinks.

so, that was some fun. then saturday... blah.... then sunday just came back from lunch at this rather... different sorta chinese restaurant in taman seputeh. when we went there, it was like so old fashion.. something you'd see only in perhaps penang or melaka or something. at the place is surrounded by trees.. and they have these kampung looking houses. all made of wood & zinc. funny part is, we saw one of the houses had astro. sheesh... it's called "restaurant siu siu" so, if you have the chance, go there. food's really good & cheap! 5 of us went to eat, fish, chicken & 3 vegetables + chinese tea, for only RM80+

the best part about it... even though we were surrounded by trees and in an almost jungle-like area, there were no mosquitoes. yep... simply cozy! :)

now that i'm stuffed, the best thing to do is.. sleeepppp... actually no. i have to sacrifice it and do some work [has anyone counted how many times i've said that and not done anything?] looks like it's gonna rain soon too. argghh.. what perfect weather to snooze!!
